Terms & Conditions
- Per Day Rental Coverage – Per day rental without fuel covers limited tourist points within one day. Extra charges apply for additional destinations or extended coverage. Please confirm your tour plan in advance.
- Cancellation Charges for Unused Booking Days – If a customer uses the vehicle for 1 day and cancels the remaining booking days, 30% cancellation charges will apply to each cancelled day.
- Without Fuel Return Policy – If rental type is Without Fuel, vehicle must be returned with a full tank of fuel in Skardu. If refilled outside Skardu, you must pay the equivalent fuel cost in Skardu upon return. If not, last day's fuel charge will also apply.
- Rental Duration & Fuel Policy – For rentals of 1–2 days, vehicles are available with fuel only. Without fuel rental is available only for bookings of 3 or more days, subject to availability and company discretion.
- Cancellation – You can cancel your booking on the first day for a full refund of the advance payment. After the first day, the payment is non-refundable.
- Professional Driver Policy – All vehicles are provided with a professional and experienced local driver. Self-drive vehicles are not available.
- Vehicle Interior Damage Policy – Any vehicle interior damage caused by the guest during the rental period is the guest's responsibility and will be repaired at the guest's expense.
